Hello, Educators!
This area contains all the resources you will need to get your kids writing scripts and keep you from getting too frenzied while you’re doing it! You'll find handy links to everything in the lefthand menu, as well as in the overview below.
Scriptwriting Lesson Plans
These lesson plans have been recently aligned with California State Standards, and will walk you and your students through everything from plot development to script formatting. We suggest that you start teaching the lessons in March, since there is a lot of material to cover before Script Frenzy begins.
Scriptwriter Workbooks
The worksheets in our workbooks correspond to the lesson plans. You can either download and print entire workbooks below, or download worksheets individually as you move through the lessons.
- Workbook for Elementary School Students
- Workbook for Middle School Students
- Workbook for High School Students
Scriptwriting Boot Camps
In addition to the workbooks, we've created boot camps that explain some of the tough scriptwriting concepts covered in our curriculum. The lessons will indicate when students should read sections as homework.
